What are the best aspects of this product?

I appreciate that we can use PlanSource for digital registration and accommodate all registrations for different vendors instead of moving through 5 separate applications to sign up for benefits. I like having the same person to deal with whenever I have concerns and was great to work with. Our benefits system is very complex but this person was able to get it right and get our app running properly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would have been nice if the reporting tools were easier to use. I have to arrange the details every time to select the changes as I can't pull the details I need. Also, I don't like that I can't remove people that are no longer working with us and that I'm removing them manually every time.

I'd love to get a bit more site flexibility by adding my statement to clarify the benefits and be able to edit it at any time instead of giving that task to our representative. Additionally, be able to adjust our costing would be cool too. Our benefit system is very complicated and it would be great to have more leverage of it so that I can make sure that it's calculating correctly and not just explaining how it will function.

I love working with the person assigned to us but the loss is the timezone difference. It'd be great to have someone to work with instantly, particularly when I need a fast solution. If not, just the option to update things myself.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Online registration is a big benefit along with having one spot for all vendor enrollments. I am still figuring out some rough edges and still getting used to the interface, but I think that it's going to save more time for me.

What are the best aspects of this product?

PlanSource is keeping us updated on the status weekly. They have also helped us a ton and did some work to assist us to operate on the back end.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not yet found something that I'd say I hate. I suppose if you're multi-state and have several different subsets, it may be a little confusing with different models, but that is to be considered normal.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are just starting out using PlanSource and we haven't faced any issues yet. For us, it has helped us get a much stronger contact platform for our benefit plans.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I appreciate seeing the last year's selections. It makes it a lot easier to select to retain the same incentives or switch to a new package. I like that it displays the cumulative deduction for every pay cycle when you pick the benefits.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Choosing benefits can be somewhat confusing. It would be nice if there are more guided instructions.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how responsive the execution and the support staff. They're solutions-oriented. They really knew their tech both on the front end and the back end. Also, it has enabled us to add all the rules we need in our plans - something that we did not have with the past vendors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing I really dislike. Although, there is just one time where a custom pop-up box we asked had a code in the text section. Resolving it took a few weeks. This was frustrating but the support staff kept us with the update. We just followed it until it was fixed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PlanSource effectively reduced manual benefit processing. Honestly, I like that it has simplified reporting, accounting, managing new employees and it has a case management functionality. I'm also on top of everything with it.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The feature that we value most about PlanSource is that we can quickly manage a constantly changing client. Setting up the software out is easier too, and upgrading is easy. We are really happy about it. Staff experience is easy and helps us to be insightful, resulting in a better smartphone experience for staff. None of our previous systems has allowed staff to submit a snapshot of their qualified life event evidence. PlanSource is constantly working to upgrade their software to include the most essential functionalities and partners, and the timeline they make for upgrades means they're taking their time to get everything better. PlanSource is the perfect partner for us!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Oftentimes, we encounter features that don't fit from a reseller's point of view than it does with the customer using it directly, but we do have an expert who pays attention to us and deals with us together to come up with a solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've achieved multiple operational efficiencies and also greater customer control of the program through a responsive user interface.
