What are the best aspects of this product?
I can now create registration pages smoothly and without any problem. I can also keep track of the data I need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can't remove people once they cancel. I hope they can improve on this.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It made registration easier and faster. We used to organize everything in excel sheets. Now, we just need this software to keep everything well-organized.

The back-end is always being improved. After three years of using it, I've seen a lot of improvements in the app, making it easier for me as an admin. They also never increase the price of the software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope it has the application that can automatically register for recurring events, so we don't have to make another registration for it over again.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to manage our events easier and at the same time look professional while doing it. This is because of the customizable feature of PCR.

It is the best tool for church management because it continues to improve over the years. We've seen it improve throughout the years we've been using it.

I hope the software will not be divided into categorical apps anymore.
