Amazing product, terrible customer support. Tons of bugs. No one to help you work through them. Pipefy even replied to my review here, but didn't actually reply to my support issue.
I thought it was a great product and used it for few years and its fine. However once we cancelled subscription, they kept charging. I was charged even after informing. The support as someone said here is indeed terrible. There is no resolution. My CC company has reversed charges, and Ive spoken to Pipefy contacts. Nothing helps and they keep charging. Hopefully either Ill resolve or have to cancel my card itself.
What do you like best?
I suppose I like the general idea of it, getting rid of IT, empowering my company.
What do you dislike?
The actual use and implementation takes a lot.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were trying to solve having to wait on an IT line, but that didn't really work.
Might have faced a bug and lost data through it. Non-responsive support. Not recommended!
What do you like best?
Gets the job done but the graphics could be made better to be softer on the eyes. Interesting colors but sometimes can be distracting in terms of its use.
What do you dislike?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely read the instructions carefully and make sure it does what you plan on using it for. Otherwise it can take away from the goal of the project. Visuals are important but not the most important.

revenue, sales, supply chain logistics, how many we need to ship out/order for ourselves. Anything you could possibly use can be done on Pipefy, it is visually appealing but can be distracting at times. maybe try
