It has some setbacks which sometimes hinder our work.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Great interface, so easy to use. Uploading files is so easy with the drag and drop feature. Having Google Drive integrated with pics.io is also reassuring that the files are secured. Sharing files is also easy. And I love the built-in tools.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A bit expensive since we also use the Google Drive storage capacity.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Great for file management, and in my case for editing photos and sharing them.

Pics.io is a great application for storing all kinds of files. It has a great interface that prioritizes workflow so it's really great for teams. Plus they work with Google Drive and Slack!

It takes time to learn to use the app but when you got used to it, it is very functional. Another negative thing about them is that their support team takes time in providing help.

A great application for one-stop storage.

It supports numerous file formats, I can compare versions of my photos/files, I can convert a particular file type to another type, Google Drive integration, and most of all, I can manage my files easily.

I hope for this app to be cheaper.
