What are the best aspects of this product?
PicMonkey is the best editor we've used. It's so multifunctional that it allows us to design, edit, retouch photos and collages and add text for advertisements.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing. Meets all our expectations.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It enabled me to work anywhere and use my time more efficiently when I work on graphics, images and advertisements.

What are the best aspects of this product?
PicMonkey lets me produce quality output for less the cost and training time, plus its database of stock photos are also good.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's already an easy-to-use tool. Perhaps being able to drop and drag can be an even better plus.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's so easy to use that I'm saving time trying to figure out how to work the system. The quality of my photos and graphics turn out just as good as if I were using more complicated and expensive editing tools.

This review is for my experience in working with customer support for an issue I had with one of their premium tools. After writing to their helpdesk about my issue, I heard back within 24 hours. While the problem wasn't fixed at first, with some explanation on my side, they rectified the entire situation after that. Thank you PicMonkey for listening to me and making things right! Big thumbs up to you!

I can use PicMonkey on a Google Chromebook, which does not support any programs on the Adobe Creative Suite.

I wish I can work on my photos without the internet.
