The picture was not accepted in my passport application

I ordered printed photos and I paid for them to be delivered (2 children Spanish passport)to my address but I didn't get the photos in time for my appointment after waiting for a week. I had to print the digital version myself because the Spanish Consulate don't accept digital photos. The quality of the photos was good but before I received them I already told them that it was not the right size required by Spanish authorities. ( I have emails that can prove it)I had my money back and I've got the right size pictures from somewhere else.I just used this service because we where on lockdown and all the shops were shut. I don't recommend this app for Spanish photos. .

The price they charge for checking your photo you could go and buy new ones in a photo booth. They edited my daughters passport picture and didn’t even clear the background properly so the photo couldn’t be used anyway. Absolutely pointless

Horrible customer service. My passport picture was altered incorrectly. The picture was missing my ears. They refused to refund or fix the problem. After I sent a copy of the picture to my bank they issued me a refund. Because it was very clear that the picture was altered and my ears were missing. Don't recommend and will never use them again.

Subí la foto para DNI y la dieron por buena. Pagué y entonces me dijeron que no valía, que subiera otra. Por fin, tras una mañana de subir fotos, a una le dieron el ok. Me las enviaron en 10 días. Fui a la Policía a renovar el DNI y me rechazaron la foto ( no se veía la ceja derecha completamente). Reclamé a foto AID.Tras varios correos aceptaron reembolsar el dinero pero NO CUMPLIERON su garantía de devolver el doble si te la rechazan. Me han devuelto sólo los 9'95€ que pagué. He vuelto a contactar con ellos y ha dado igual.Es una pésima empresa que te engaña desde el principio.
