What do you like best?
Nothing. At first, I was excited to have a dialer for inbound lead calling, fully permission-based outreach. As soon as I signed up and started a campaign I learned what the tool was really like.
What do you dislike?
They have a global DNC list that takes permissions from OTHER companies and makes you adopt them. Their sales team refuses to answer detailed questions about the platform unless you buy it. Their HubSpot "integration" only works for contacts under 10K, after that mark it won't sync. You also cannot sync drop-down fields, only text fields from HubSpot which is the worst idea I have ever heard of, because how can you segment data consistently if all the entries are different. I called support to seek help, they quickly told me the DNC issue was something they have no control over, I asked to cancel. This was one day, one dialing session into a new partnership, much like other SaaS companies they don't care about value only about the dollar and once that happens you are on your own.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't. It's a complete waste of time, you'll get no support and no customer service.

HORRIBLE company to work with. I asked why they are 4x the price of Vanillasoft which is their closest competitor, and the sales woman basically told me dont bother coming to them, stay where I am with that question, so i voiced my opinion obviously. Here is the comments from one of the owners, you can see how unprofessional these guys are. What do you like best?
What I like best is the simple user interface, it makes navigation a breeze. Also, the amount of calls you can make per hour, obviously.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the reporting feature with it's lack of customization capabilities. This can present challenges when working with various customers or clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give PhoneBurner a try, you will not be disappointed. They have a free trial, I promise you will want to continue the service once you see how awesome the solution is.

Making more calls in less time, reaching more potential customers.
I cannot deny the uptick in productivity we achieved with this tool, but its coupled with consistent bugs in their platform and some of the worst support I have ever experienced. And I'm constantly wondering whether the time we spend troubleshooting and playing tug of war with support eat all of the time we saved using this program.

It dials fast. The features for an auto-dialer are all there. It is also very user-friendly
What do you dislike?
You can't receive calls. It's assuming that nobody you ever leave a message for will ever call you back. :(

If you'd like your leads to call you back, you need to consider a different app.

Fast out-bound dialing. This works very well for that.

You can receive calls! First, you have the ability to set your Caller ID manually, so callbacks always come to your phone number of choice. Secondly, with our vPhone service, incoming calls pop up on your computer so you can see who's calling and pull up the contact record prior to answering. Answer via your computer and/or have the call ring through to another phone of your choice (or to a dedicated voicemail). If you reach out, our support team would love to tell you more.
