What do you like best?
Affordable. Provides a 'home' for virtual events. A wide amount of customization. Always growing and adding new features largely based on feedback from users. *This is a “sponsored post.” The company who sponsored it compensated me via a cash payment, gift, or something else of value to write it. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”
What do you dislike?
With customization comes complexity and that can be difficult for the less than tech savvy. Support is incredible given the number of their staff. Emails are answered within 24hrs and enhanced support is available for a fee. I use support alot, which perhaps goes to show the complexities. Must provide your own presentation/video feed (ie Zoom, Click Meetings, etc).
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Without the ability to hold in person events, Pheedloop provides a good alternative at a fair and reasonable price
What do you like best?
When it comes to customer service, the team at PheedLoop exceeded my expectations! They were so accommodating, patient, and responsive. It was our first time using an app at an institute-wide event, and Rahul and his team worked around the clock to ensure the user experience was efficient, easy to use and as professional looking as possible. Thank you!
What do you dislike?
Very granular, but the majority of our attendees found the button to add/remove sessions was not intuitive (ie. it remains the same "+" sign if you are adding or removing, and doesn't provide warning prior to you removing a session from your schedule). This is something that, if we had more time, would have been rectified by the Pheedloop team.

A professional platform for our first time ever using an App for an institute-event.
What do you like best?
Platform has easy to understand components for attendees, but enough maneuverability for growth for event holders.
What do you dislike?
Lack of mobile integration for virtual-only events.

There are some firewall issues with the chat functionalities.

If you're looking for an affordable tool to produce a virtual event it's a great platform!

The platform allows for really engaging virtual events, and while it may not mimic an in person event there are a ton of features that you would be able to do in person (chat while a presentation is live, participate in gamification, etc.)
What do you like best?
The automation provided with Pheedloop simplified the organization of our event (i.e. ticket sales, registration management, and event notifications). The abstraction of presentation framework allowed us to swap one of our presenters from the Zoom platform to YouTube the day before the event without impacting our users experience. Regularly scheduled interactive webinars reviewing the platform configuration and best practices for virtual or hybrid event setup.
What do you dislike?
You can tell that Pheedloop is a newer platform. There were a number of subtle issues that we found during the setup and trial runs of our event. However, during our post-follow-up session with our rep, we found not only most of the issues were resolved (or queued to be resolved), but that some of the ideas that we had that would enhance our experience were also in development.

Ever evolving platform from a Canadian company that is eager to help and see you and your event succeed.

The in-ability to travel because of COVID-19 allowed us to still hold an important annual event for our members. The ability to go virtual resulted in significant cost savings for our home office, our vendor partners, and allowed more members and their staff to attend than in previous years.
