What do you like best?
Great company and great people! We have been a customer for over 6 years, and in that time, Perfion has continued to grow and invest in their product. It's affordable, fast and simple to implement. It's easy to use and very flexible to adapt to any specific needs. They have great support and they are all very nice to work with. Perfion keeps all our descriptions, images, certifications, compliance regulations, tech specs, drawings, seo information and more. Perfion is also the single source for product catalogs, flyers, websites and e-commerce.
What do you dislike?
Our greatest challenge has been changing the way our people work. This seems to be the same everywhere. We have found that adoption is greater with the more things we connect to Perfion and in the past few years, Perfion has added many new connectors and features that have helped us grow our adoption.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Perfion has a useful API for connecting to websites, we use it for internal and external facing sites.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We setup Perfion as the single source of truth for all product specifications, including photos, packaging, legal specs, product descriptions, etc. Nearly every workgroup has responsibility to maintain product specs in Perfion. Having a single place to go to for all current item information has increased our overall efficiency with every process where items are involved.
What do you like best?
I work a lot in Excel so it became easy for me. We love how we can integrate it to web and ERP
What do you dislike?
None so far, we had a little bump in the road when it came to cataloging production but was overcome pretty quickly.

Make sure you have your data in excel.
