PCR works really well for data storage and retrieval and is easy to navigate

Lacks a lot of the functionality that other CRM/ATS' offer like dynamic rollup lists and the candidate movement through the interview process is clunky. The analytics are almost nonexistent and the mobile app is completely stripped down and missing most of the necessary information to be useful. It has no automation and lacks most forms of bulk communication

We are always looking for feedback on new features or changes that will help our users be more productive, so feel free to visit the ideas forum in our helpdesk to share your suggestions with the team!

PCR is responsive to user ideas and suggestions for improvement. The software is web-based so no need to download and install a large file. They have great tool extensions that substantially decreases the time spent navigating and updating records. The activity recorded is highly customizable to make result tracking easier.

PCR's infrastructure is segregated and rigid so it takes a lot of clicks and navigation to do basically anything in the system. The csv file import lacks many custom and predefined field options and duplicate checking options. The auditing reports don't offer the option to track global changes in the database. My team experience obstacles/issue on a weekly basis because the user interface isn't intuitive, so I believe PCR could greatly improve by becoming more fluid/user-friendly and customizable.
