What do you like best?
I guess the one good thing is that it works. but of course expensive and impossible to get service. simple questions dont get an answer within 3 days. so if you are in a hurry for simple questions , forget it.

cant transfer your money to the account you wish. and it is 3% costs per received payment. expensive and impossible to get service. simple questions dont get an answer within 3 days. so if you are in a hurry for simple questions , forget it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
dont do it, it is hard to get your money from payu to any account of your wish. Customer service does not answer questions before 3 days, even simple questions.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can have online payments now, but I am waiting already for a 1,5 week to get my bankaccount verified and I have customers every day but payu makes it impossible for me to transfer my money to any bank account , let alone my own bank account

What do you dislike?
PayU Payment Gateway or PayU PG accept money after transaction failed and they don't give it back. I tried to pay 364 rupees to the department of post for purchasing philatelic items on 15th September 2020. But the transaction was failed and now it is 7th October 2020 and the money not reversed. Where did my money go if the transaction was not completed. It's PayU who is holding our money and making wealth. The Government should black list them from doing business in India. It was only 364 rupees, but think how many people are purchasing from the epostoffice.gov.in and how many of those transactions not completed and then how much money they are holding illegally. It's going to be a super scam.

In future course of time I will never make any transaction through PayU Payment Gateway...
payumoney gateway is very good and easy to use but whenever you want to change or update anything, so ready to suffer lots of things, 1) you can not see your merchant website at your panel 2) can not change email id also 3) No Customer care contact number anywhere in the payu website.4) costumer support is very poor and irregular, they never reply or give the solution before 48hr it means. some many tie it takes more than 5-7days. which is very frustrated. even very miss-communication between the staff which should face the client. i personally face 30days duration for support but still my requesting is showing pending mode, so till you don't need customer support its very fine gateway but when you need support its very poor support system they have.
I chose PayUmoney as my provider 1 month ago. Despite submitting all documents twice, I am yet to receive the settlement money from them for the transactions made on my website. The transaction page shows that the settlement will be made in 72 hrs for the past 2 weeks. Repeated emails to customer service have hardly got any meaningful response. Will not recommend.
