Marg Paysafe

Please stay away from Paysafe. I am furious with Paysafe. I must wait a week for my money to hit my bank account. I own and run a company with annual sales of $1,000,000.We are going back to the square cc processor immediately. I've read reviews for Mind and Body and Paysafe. This is the major complaint. Why should it take a week for funds to arrive? I believe it's because crooked Paysafe makes a good profit by sitting on our money. You've lost me as a customer. I never write reviews but felt the need to warn people. Stay away from Paysafe!!Mind and Body should not be affiliated with Paysafe.

This company shut my service down during Covid last April due to "high risk" of selling vitamins and supplements in my wellness clinic which I have been doing for 8 years. They proceeded to hold my funds for 6 months and then continue to charge me a service fee for an additional 8 months. They don't care and will not refund any of the service fees. After sending in more documents to shut the account, they continue to try to charge me. Unbelievable!

Don't use Paysafe. They lie about their service and then steal money after they gain access to your bank account.They promised $0 monthly fees, and cancelation at any time with no penalty. What we got were monthly fees. We canceled the account and they took a $495 "cancelation fee" directly from our bank account. (They never mentioned the $495 fee when we asked to cancel). When we complained to the Attorney General, Paysafe refuted saying they had refunded the $495, however, the refund never reached us. We did receive a statement claiming they refunded it, but we haven't received our funds and we were already struggling due to Covid. $495 is nothing to Paysafe, but it's a big loss to our family right now. We had to close our bank account when they stole from our account 3 times. Our bank has said they will accept the $495 refund, but Paysafe says that until we give them a fully opened account (again) they will not give us the refund. So, Paysafe is a company that feels like they can scam it's clients out of money, just as long as they pretend to do what is right on paper.Don't trust them. Horrible company!!

I made the wrong remittance about a month ago. After talking with the recipient, we asked Neteller to cancel the transaction. They just told me to wait. There is no sign of being resolved. I made a request to Paysafe to check and solve the problem. There is no response.Then I found the website and left a review. After leaving a review After two days, Neteller and Skrill accounts were permanently closed. I have $2880 to get back from Neteller, but I don't have an account so I can't. Even inquiries about why it was closed is not answered.

I've requested a transfer of my balance to my bank account over a week ago.Back and forth exchanging e-mails with the (non-existent?!) support did nothing to speed up the process.All this in 2021 !Avoid this company at all cost !Edit- I'm perfectly capable of writing down my telephone number.The claim that someone tried to reach out is simply a lie !Update:1. Support never tried to call.2. After another request to transfer my funds (via email) to my bank account Paysafe cancelled my account and is going to transfer the funds within TWO WEEKS !Again stay away from this shady company !Next point of action from my side is to lawyer up.Of course this isn't going to stop here.There's going to be a major anti Paysafe campaign on all social media accounts within my reach. Millions of potential victims.That's for now. Let's see how this is going to play out.
