What do you like best?
Seamless integration of encryption so the user doesn't need extra steps.

Having to use a different service to host the EMails, inability to manage more than 1 client in the reseller console

Problems being solved are staff are able to communicate with patients using HIPAA compliant EMail.
What do you like best?
the fact that it is truly encrypted and i get the customer service i need to effectively run my business

random maintenance on server or issues with server with no access to email. additionally, very hard to configure the signature feature.

let your customers know by sending out mass email regarding server issues and maintenance

What do you like best?
This platform allows you to have a domain of your company through encrypted emails, it keeps outgoing and incoming emails totally safe. It is easy to use, the recipient does not have to perform additional steps. As for the configuration it is totally easy to do and after this you forget about the application since it does everything in the background, you can use it on the mobile phone or the desktop version.
What do you dislike?
Our experience has been satisfactory, I have no problems or problems with this platform, it really seems like a very good choice, after configuring it I literally forgot about it, it works in the background.

We recommend it so that companies obtain security for sending and receiving emails, it is simple and without problems, it works in the background which allows you to practically forget about the platform.
I recommend the mail system, it is nice and the delivery is wide without interruptions, perfect for support or advertising marketing. I recommend it.

It provides us with a sending and receiving from one end to the other encryption of our email, it is compatible with HIPAA for our mental health practice, it has a very good customer service, which clarifies doubts and specific questions, when we made the implementation of Paubox and thus the performance and mastery were even easier. It has a very clean and organized interface.

using Paubox encrypted Email is so easy, it encrypts all emails and replies by default. No need extra steps to and reduce time and human mistake by forgetting to encrypt emails.
