What do you like best?
These software is very helpful for small business. easy to learn and customer support is excellent. it is easy to save accurate record. interface is easy to use. it easy to update multiple website to pastel and immediately share the sites with any clients and also allow to receive their feedback. it is also cheap in price. easy to share clients information. it is easy to use and very user friendly app.
What do you dislike?
In these software reports are not very user friendly. it require more feature for managing pages. it take time to get initial setup.sometimes a lot of bugs so far with the product. it takes time to download and install the program. it does not give training to new user.

It gives online support to customer. easy to use and very user friendly app. easy to learn. feature and functionality is excellent. now these time i am not using these software because it takes time download and install the program.
What do you like best?
I like the simplicity: paste in a link of a page you are developing, and send it to team members for review. Their feedback gets noted in the corresponding space on the page with details about their platform, browser, etc...
What do you dislike?
Monthly rate of $49 too high for the amount of time I need it. There should be lower priced tier options.

What do you like best?
The interface lays on top of your site, which prevents duplications
Super easy to comment and call out specific features, text edits, and open to live collaboration between client, developers and designers
So much faster than traditional methods of feedback
What do you dislike?
It can be slow, and sometimes toggling between comment view, live view, etc is not super intuitive
Always a challenge to manage the right feedback at the right times, but that's a process to work through within the team

Managing website feedback, design, text, and any other revisions
Faster and live feedback between multiple members, transparency in communication
What do you like best?
The fact that you can import records directly from Excel into Pastel and Pastel will automatically generate the financial statements for you. When you combine this feature with macros in excel it makes the task of capturing records coming from different centres of our company very simple and saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike?
That you cannot print or save the balances page if you are working on the general ledger inquiries and that you cannot have two companies operating at the same time like what we do with windows. You have to log out of one company before can do work on another.

The greatest business challenge pastel has helped us resolve is timeous production of financial and management reports. This enables us to monitor our budget variances and to take corrective action in time.
