What do you like best?
We can run it on our own server and don't rely on critical information being "somewhere in the cloud". Apart from that it's easier to use then having, for example, a shared KeePass file that everyone has access to on a mapped drive. Together with the browser-addon and it's auto-fill in the latest version it's just a convenient way for us to store credentials and share them with the colleagues that need them.
It does one job and it does it well! Being not only open source but also audited for security is an added bonus because it makes sure the code is actually what it claims to be and not some hidden magic-box that you have to trust blindly.
What do you dislike?
While it's fine that enterprise features like AD-Integration etc are only available in the non-free version some smaller QoL stuff could really get unlocked in the community edition, mainly the option to use either folders or tags to organize credentials because no matter the size of the team, once you use a password manager daily it fills up quickly and a better way to organize / filter them than the included search is needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If all you need is secure storage for passwords on your own infrastructe, give the community edition a try!
If you want one user to have access on multiple machines to his account, you have to 'cheat' a ittle bit: Create multiple accounts, for example account.name+laptop@company.tld account.name+workstation@company.tld account.name+phone@company.tld and group them. Because the extension and private key is linked to one machine you have to use such workarounds to be able to use PB on multiple machines at the same time.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Organizing credentials and managing access to them is crucial not just for an IT business but for everyone out there. While other solutions may have some more comfort-features passbolt solves those problems even in the community / free edition so a small company like us won't break the bank and can still benefit from having critical data stored on our own servers and never leaving the company.

What do you like best?
I'd definitely say that the biggest advantage that Passbolt has is the fact that it's open-source and has a solid free self-hosted version. Other than that, it has a handy Chrome extension and certainly brings a better level of security if your DevOps team is implementing it. It also has built-in anti-phishing features.
What do you dislike?
The web app and the browser extension feel too clunky. Several tasks are really hard to accomplish, even simpler things like editing the sharing options can be a pain. Also, I've had the browser extension's autofill feature fail too many times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your biggest priority is a secure, self-hosted option, then probably Passsbolt is your best bet. But be aware of its limitations.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our teams use Passbolt to safely store and share passwords. Its main benefit for us has been the level of security and control that it provides.
What do you like best?
Easy to setup and quite easy to use also for non technical people. The setup took only a few minutes while the first login attempt was a little more complicated but once understood I was able to put down an easy to use step by step guide for my colleagues who were then able to use it immediately.
What do you dislike?
The first login process is a little too complicated to understand at first glance. Once understood how it works it was then easy to replicate
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good product. Does what it says it will do, probably nothing more surely nothing less. Easy to setup in house.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Most password related issues like users forgetting their password or improved team working experience between users who need to share some passwords. No more emails to delete or pieces of paper. All neat in one place.
What do you like best?
Easy deployment even on virtualized environment and powerful sharing with users/teams features
What do you dislike?
It can't be used on mobile devices because is not possible to download and install on Firefox or Chrome mobile the required passbolt extension to sign-in
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Migrate all password from keypass on local machine (with no backup capabilities) to cloud environment
