OVID HMS Description
OVID HMS is a cloud-based hospital management software for managing Hospitals, Clinics, Pharmacies, Pathology Labs, Diagnostic Centres , Dental Practices of any size and across cities and states. It has OPD, IPD, Pharmacy , Pathology Labs, Radiology , HRM , Referrals, MIS Reports, Customised Print Headers for Results and Bills , Patient Data Management , Doctors and User data Management , Accounts , Expenses , Attendance , Leaves , Salaries , Incentives and Bonus , Vendor Data Management etc.
There are no charges for number of users. Every staff of the Hospital will get their own login. Every login will be assigned to a different role and that can be managed by the Hospital incharge or owners. Based on the assigned role , the staff will have access to respective modules in the software.
It is designed and Developed in India but works for any country. The date , time , currency etc settings will be based on the country of the hospital or establishment.
The software is designed with inputs from Hospital staff of all departments from multiple hospitals. The main advantage of the Software is a ease of use and stability , performance. It works even on our mobile network.
It comes with a free iPAD or Tablet App. Also, there is a Mobile app for the Front office / Reception.
OVID HMS has an inbuilt drug dictionary which is ever expanding with new drugs and supplies . It has 1500 pathology lab tests , 400+ radiology examinations.
Billing is easy and centralised in OVID HMS. Most of the charges are added automatically to the patient. Also, charges can be manually added to the patient.
The revenue reporting can be done by date , doctor , date range, branch/location.
OVID HMs comes with a simple dashboard with all bootom line and performance parameters on display.

OVID HMS is a complete dental practice management software. It helps me track my expenses, revenue apart from the routine stuff
What you like the most about OVID HMS?
- Appointment handling : the appointment related data is captured by OVID HMS just few clicks. Otherwise, keying data in the forms would have made me stay on the Paper based system itself. - Prescription : the digitally printed prescription is so detailed that my patients are loving it. - Medicines/Drugs : OVID HMS allows me to manage my own drugs from various drug manufacturers and i can even add something new. It makes me feel good as i have the total liberty to write prescriptions from my own favourite drugs.
What you like the most about OVID HMS?
Pricing Usability - i don't have to do any form filling myself as everything works with a click Performance - when the broadband internet connection goes down, i am able to work with my mobile network too and it works very well on the slow networks too. Expense and Revenue Tracker - i am able to see my P/L easy with this software. Onboarding - the support team was very friendly and patient with me in the onboarding process. They helped all our users to get acquainted with the system.
