What do you like best?
There is nothing redeeming about a company that price gouges at every corner, doesn't deliver what it promises, blames third parties for their own lack of engineering talent, and has customer support that won't get back to you with any solution.
What do you dislike?
Everything. The software crashes constantly. I literally can't edit a single cell of a table without it crashing. Hundreds of times across multiple devices and browsers for months and months. Working with this software has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't give this company your money. I haven't found a great competitor to switch to myself yet, but this isn't it. The product is horrible.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I had hoped they would be able to allow me to build calculators that can produce charts and tables, but so far the only way to do that has been to dictate what every single cell should be and have their team do it, because the customer-facing application crashes every few seconds.
There have been no benefits to using this software, only a ton of frustration, and a lot of money down the drain to still not get a product that does what it promised.
VERY ANNOYING! Their price structure is absolute BS!To start, they give you a 7-day trial, which is ridiculous when all other SAAS companies provide 14 or 30-day trials. During the trial, they give you features from an Enterprise plan that costs $720/mo, and when the trial is over, you're stuck with a piece of crap quiz. That's when they start to nickel-and-dime for every little tiny feature on their list of features.I'm looking for something else.
Not much of PRO company. Too much lazyness by staff. i wasted 2 days without getting anywhere. use another service folks... dont be idiot like me.
Our company is an active customer of Outgrow. Unfortunately their pricing for single features is incredibly intransparent. We currently use the "Calculator" funnel. In the free test month you get the full picture of possibilities, but once you convert to a paying customer all of a sudden the pricing jumps from 15$ to 25$ to 90$ per month just to use small features like "logical jump". I don't agree with this kind of pricing. Allthough we have bought a full year package we will look for friendlier alternatives

Once you finally figure out how to use this unintuitive software, it works alright.
What do you dislike?
Their support team is incompetent. I reached out to them for nearly a year straight, over and over with a problem that caused the software to constantly crashed - hundreds of times across multiple devices and browsers. Even after paying good money for this product, I couldn't get any helpful answers and they blamed a third-party dependency for the issue. It wasn't until I publicly called them out on Twitter that I finally got a helpful response.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Their written guidance and most of their support team aren't going to show you how to actually use this product effectively if you need anything more than the most basic features. Also, their pricing is ridiculous, blocking all sorts of random but key features to try to get you to upgrade. Tread carefully.

I'm now able to have a calculator that creates a comparison chart and table to help potential clients calculate the ROI of our efforts.
