What do you like best?
With Orum the amount of call volume in a day has been absolutely amazing. We used to start out by having 40 calls a day to now exceeding 200 calls going out. Having the ability to multitask with each of those calls and really only need to focus on the calls that patch through is efficient. It's been a product of great business impact and seen results from producing more conversations and being able to follow up with greater ease.
What do you dislike?
It does take some time to get used to the settings and have not used all their functions but nothing I dislike.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were spending a lot of time dialing and not having conversations with the right persona which in part is also due to the type of data however combining clean data and Orum our SDR's were able to 10x their conversation rates and in turn exponentially filling sales pipeline.
What do you like best?
I like the fact that you can accelerate your connection and conversation rate 10X faster than dialing on your own.
What do you dislike?
I think it's a little expensive but if you have a high ACV you'll get an ROI fast, I also wish it worked with google sheets.

Wasting time manually dailing, the cost of dailing is extremely high and we were having a low connection rate.

Historically we have had a low connection rate but a high conversion rate when we are able to get the right person on the phone. Orum allows us to make up to 10 calls at once significantly improving our connection rate. We are
What do you dislike?
The team at Orum has been great to work with and has taken a ton of our feedback and improved the product quickly. There is still a delay which hurts us at times but you will have that with all parallel dialers and there are certainly ways to compensate for that. The only other thing I would like to see is more Orum specific reporting in SFDC. As a leader, it would be helpful to not have to log into another system to access important data.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
By increasing our connection rate we are able to get to a "no" or referral sooner which saves us significant time. We are also able to clean up our data as we find "bad" numbers immediately. Because we are talking to more people and pitching more often the team is able to practice live more frequently which allows them to ramp quicker.
What do you like best?
It's simplicity and integrations with SFDC and Outreach. Logs all of my activity and seamlessly connects with my sequences so prospects make it through every touchpoint without duplicating my effort on data entry.
Orum saves me an incredible amount of time, which is ultimately why I love it.
What do you dislike?
Not much. Maybe a few slight UI tweaks. Would also like to see their auto-dial tree functionality once released from beta.

I work for a gritty start up where everyone where's a ton of hats. As an AE, it's my responsibility to manage my entire sales process (which is 100% outbound). As an SDR, I had most of my success hammering the phones. But I had all day to do it and no other responsibilities. Now I am building presentation decks, go-to-market strategies, prospecting, building sequences, giving demos, running trials, providing training, supporting the marketing team, and the list goes on.
I found myself skipping over those pesky call tasks on my outreach because I hardly had time and when I did dial through I'd rarely get people answering.
Now I use their parrallel dialer, I get through every single call task and my connections have sky rocketed. Using Orum for a couple of hours a week gets me through 1000s of dials, and consistently lands meetings with hard to reach prospects. I've averaged 5 new meetings with cold calls through Orum since adopting this platform.
I absolutely love it and HIGHLY recommend for anyone who still believes in the art of the dial, but tired of wasting time on listening to the ring.
What do you like best?
Orum is a great tool that speeds up calling when paired with Outreach. I've seen about a 100% increase in call speed with the PowerDialer - the AI avoids voicemail greetings and dial trees and immediately moves to the next prospect. It can also leave recorded voicemails while already moving onto the next call. It's easily possible to make over 100 calls per hour with Orum's PowerDialer tool (and many more if you have parallel dialing enabled).
My use case was that I have tried several other dialers, but none would sync directly and log my calls in Outreach so management can see my call metrics. Orum has a direct API integration that pulls from and updates Outreach in real-time. This allows me to do tons of prospecting and keep my Outreach sequences up to date. Huge benefit.
What do you dislike?
Haven't yet used all functionality, but no complaints to speak of.
