What do you like best?
I like that you're able to have dotted lines for alternative reports in addition to direct/solid lines.
What do you dislike?
I'm not a huge fan of the UI in particular. It feels old.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having an organization chart to help with onboarding new employees. I've realized that having this tool is great but the need to constantly change the org chart based on attrition & new hires is cumbersome.
What do you like best?
I like that I can put both my US and international team on the same chart.
What do you dislike?
Does not allow my managers to change the specific part of org. That may be available in upgraded version.

Visibility of Org to everyone in the company.
