The slowest and laziest customer service.I’ve been waiting months for some terminals to be replaced. In the last 2 years I have only ever had 2 working terminals out of 5 I’m paying for. Find another provider

Contacted their support several times through email to resolve an urgent issue on our site. I was emailed back but then ignored. Chased three times with no response, shockingly poor service considering the amount in sales we do through them. Stripe is looking like a more advanced tool

Support is terrible and system is antiquated. I hope Opayo will invest to ensure they are brought in line with their competitors.

We noticed multiple fraudulent transaction going through our website. We immediately reported this at 09.10 am to SagePay who said they would "flag" the address. The payments still kept going through and after multiple phone calls we were told to add Captcha at 11.24 am which we did immediately. We then received a bill from Worldpay for 70,000 declined transactions for over £4,000. We called to query this and they said it's not their problem, blame SagePay! We spoke to SagePay who said thay they had no record of our earlier call at 9.10 even though we were able to provide phone records. They then also said that they had never heard of worldpay charging for declined payments. I raised a complaint and it is going to be passed to a manager but they advised they don't know when he will get back to me. To add insult to injury Worldpay then took the money by direct debit. We are a small business battling to stay afloat while Worldpay profit hugely with fraudsters and SagePay pass the buck. At the very least this is unethical and probably illegal. From other reviews on this site I can see that we are not the only business or charity that this has happened to.

Very poor service Dont know how to resolve any issues just pass the buck onto another department.Really wish these idots were not issuing pay slips DONT WORK FOR A COMPANY WHICH USES THIS RUBBISH
