Marg Onfido

Useless service! For last hour I've been trying to submit my documents (Visa) but they keep sending me emails that I have to upload pictures of both sides of my visa, however you can only attach ONE photo at a time! Every time I submit my application, they keep telling me that there is something wrong with it (visa expired, picture not clear, only one photo applied, etc). It is bloody ridicules!

Flaky software. Software recognition system is rubbish and erratic. Upload a picture of the document and the software can't even recognise the document, try again it might ... keep trying then give up.Impossible as a customer to use it, couldn't validate myself, so the company lost a customer.Wouldn't deal with another company using Onfido as it's KYC validator.

Similar to a review in October 2019. I applied for a job with Tesco. I passed the online questionaire. Then the varification check started. I had to upload birth certificate and P60. I recieved an email back from Onfido to state the name on the application form did not match one of the ID sent. I am of course female and my birth name does not match my married name. I was not prepared to upload and send my marriage certificate. I felt i was giving all my identification away and I hadn't even had an interview and been accepted for any job. I am now actually appalled that this is allowed to happen.

They ask for the same info three times when I wanted a trail and pricing, then never replied again. We will be doing thousands of checks per month. Oh well, Yoti were very responsive...

Very poor can only get so far on tesco website then it just gives up and freezes extremely frustrating don't know tesco use them
