What do you like best?
Nothing. I dislike the product so much, but of course have to use it because mgmt forces me. If I had a choice, I would never use it again.
What do you dislike?
User Interface. Slowly loading pages. Layered pages for project creation instead of a one stop landing page. None of it is intuitive.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
None, really.
What do you like best?
Easy to use at a reasonable price. Support staff was always available when they were needed.
What do you dislike?
Less intuitive interface as compared to competitors. Could also improve download speeds. Overall it lacked the ease of use of some of the competitors.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Support staff is always available if it is important for you to have constant support/access to the OneHub team. The brand name and perceived security of the product is not as high as the competition

Due Dilligence file sharing in a safe and effective manner that access can be removed if the deal goes south
What do you like best?
Being able to white-label the site with our company logo and URL name. We use the site to share content with clients, and it makes us seem polished and bigger than we are to have "our own" file sharing site
What do you dislike?
The sync agent is very dangerous for big teams, we have deleted all of our files by accident more than once. Their support is not great either to recover things

be careful with the sync, and make sure you share users at the correct level of access

Sharing content with clients in a open and transparent way. We have found it more productive than emailing countless versions back and forth

it works in a feasible and dynamic way, to share and store files in a very practical way

I think the cost is a little high for the functions offered by the tool is a little extreme its cost

is a tool that allows you to store and manage files in a practical and efficient way

OneHub allows for easy file sharing between different teams. It's easy to put things in the cloud and access from several places.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the way files are organized are very hard to navigate. I have had many issues trying to navigate folders within a folder.
