What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how it has improved our communication. Since it uses the cloud to give us a unified connection, we've been able to hold audio and video conferences. We've also been able to use web portals to direct calls to cell phones. This telephone communication system has been a great assistance to us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is dependent on a good internet connection, you'll lose any teleconference or phone calls once you get disconnected from the net.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Client and customer communication was definitely improved during the time we used this system. Calls proceeded smoothly, and the fact that we could also do video conferencing was a big deal for us. All of its features were very useful to our organization.

This tool has been very helpful to me in terms of meeting deadlines. I love that not only I can create, but also edit Powerpoint, PDF, and Word files with a minimum of hassle.

This tool delivers on everything it promises so I can't think of anything to complain about.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that stood out for me was how different programs can work under this tool. I liked that because it has resulted in an increase in productivity in the projects that I and my team work on.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think user access and functionality could still be improved in future versions of this.

This package really helped us out as we were looking for an office suite software package that could take on our organization's different needs. The consistency of the user interfaces helped us to quickly grasp the different programs offered. It was also easy for the this suite to interact with other models, making it even easier for our group to adopt it.

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are several things that I appreciate about this tool. One, it lets me combine my office suite with Norwex headquarters. Because of that, I can get a website that has my own name on it in the URL. I also like the feature with their calendar, it alerts me when it is time to follow up with a customer after they've received a product from us. The layout is intuitive and easy to follow. Pricing is flexible, you can easily opt-out any time one is out of budget.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish that they allowed for more customizations since the current layout seems to be set in place and can't be changed. I would also like the option to have our actual catalog linked to the suite because I don't think the website is doing a great job at displaying products to the customers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our organization has improved our relationship with customers thanks to the website provided to us. Since orders are automatically connected to the main servers, it's easy for people to add their order to an open party. That is one feature that I most like. Alert systems are also an additional perk that I appreciate.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This has been a real help in the work I do as an administrator for our account. It is so user-friendly and I can easily cancel lines, add new employees, or change the phone settings of employees.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been occasions where tech problems with the software have prevented me from accomplishing tasks. I often have to just come back to it at a later time. Hopefully, they address it in future versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this, it is now easy to add new employees to our system. We don't have any trouble learning how to use the phones and voicemails can be changed easily.
