What do you like best?
Nothing. It didn't install correctly, work correctly or function correctly. Bought the enterprise version for 1800 dollars for bank feeds on their financial software and it doesn't work.
What do you dislike?
Buggy software that doesn't work and when you ask for help your told that as a new week old user you have to pay 1000 dollars minimum on top of your 1800. When asking for help, lectured about how "google is your friend"
IF you want an experience like ODOO's openERP gives you with paid enterprise or their paid online version, punch yourself in the groin and then pile up 1800 dollars and light it on fire.
BEWARE THAT THIS COMPANY HAS A NO REFUND POLICY!!!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't do it. as soon as they have your payment they don't care. If you must pay with american express so you can at least do a chargback if it goes south.

The day I decided to drop Odoo and go with another software bundle.
What do you dislike?
They lied they don't' have a working Amazon Beta. After buying the support pack and paying 6 months of fee's we found out their connector couldn't connect to Amazon. They wouldn't refund the money instead they asked me to help them build the connector off the backend of my live Amazon account. 3 months later they still hadn't fixed the Amazon issues. I was building this on Odoo.sh V11 and asked since they released V12 will the Amazon connector be updated to run on the new version their answer they didn't know, WHAT! Once completely built and work it's your connector you would just stop the version at the first build. They are so backwards at Odoo. Maybe for other industries, it works but for Amazon, eBay, Magento there no good and soooo slow. Do your homework seriously.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
None Do NOT use Odoo if your an e-commerce business that sells at scale unless you want them to custom build your entire platform and plan on it taking 12 months, no kidding. I reached out to the CEO, CTO and the Manager and no one will call me back. My best advice grill them when you interview them have them spell it out in a contract ask how many people are actually using it and how many transactions are they doing on it.

The interface GUI is easy to navigate for basics only.

The program is horrible for large fulfillment operations.

Leaving this Review. Odoo has alot of potential with no passion from within the staff and internal staff and supporters.
What do you dislike?
I will list alot of them as Marketing is my Forte.
1. Their platform is simple yet complicated. In otherwords it works simply but causes issues because It is not intuitive.
2. They do not inform you very clearly what their major issues are. They are simple. Implementaion and Follow-thru is extremely lacking.
3. The cost of their platform can range. If you are using their free or low cost solution consider it a learning tool and thats about it, Its worthless. If you are using their online system make sure you have NO customizations before signing on otherwise you will regret signing up with them because if you choose to move to another platform within Odoo you will have problems migrating.
4. This gets me to my other issue since they are no intuitive and they are not user friendly you will need to support yourself (LONNG NIGHTS) or hire someone else so if you go this route make sure you have plenty of money to throw at developers (a understanding wife) or random people who promise they can help because their tech people minus a few sometimes know less than you do and answer like. I think...um not sure but...and well you go ahead and fill in the blank of complete the ignorant responses you are promised to dead with.

A Slew of Problems that Odoo has yet to provide answers for and usually points the other direction with no real understanding what the issue is their selves.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The best aspect of this was my expectations of what the software could do. In fact it did not live up to my expectations.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I paid over 13,000 euros for an ERP software suite that ultimately Odoo were unable to get working for my tax zone in the Canary Islands.
There was no apology, they refused to issue a refund and hid behind the small print in the contract.
My company lost 13,000 euros in cash plus 6 months of time and energy trying to get the software to work.
Appalling customer service. Arrogant and totally uncaring support.
I would advise anyone to steer clear of this software and this company based on my company experience.
