What do you like best?
Fairly good appearance. It seems to be built with small business in mind.
What do you dislike?
Tech support did not do its job. Follow Through was very poor. Over-promised and under-delivered.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try Bigin by Zoho, Bitrix 24, etc.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The tech support was so poor that I was unable to truly test out its functionality.
What do you like best?
Easy to use CRM so sales people get used to it quickly.
What do you dislike?
A lot of bugs in mobile app and web app. Erratic behavior. Things are done differently depends of the version so it is hard to use it in the same way for everibody.

Sales people activity and opportunities management.

What do you like best?
I do appreciate the scheduled activities feature within the program.
What do you dislike?
Business Card Scanner does not work. Reached out to customer support and received ZERO support on the matter.
I don't care for the lack of sync with MS Outlook Exchange. The BCC to capture emails reminds me of when I had a Commodore 64.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a company married around MS Exchange for your email and calendar, this is not the product for you.

What do you like best?
Nutshell has excellent design and is incredibly easy to use. It is organized well, straightforward to find information, and as a tool is quick and responsive.
What do you dislike?
Nutshell is missing competitive features, including integrations, effective task management, and much more. When asked about these things, they indicate they have no plans to address them. Updates seem to be few and far between these days, and some existing features are buggy with no progress on fixing them.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Nutshell has been effective at organizing our sales process, and managing that process. It allows us to keep track of each lead in the funnel, and has attractive and straightforward reporting.
What do you like best?
It's easy to work with and work in. It seemlisyl intergrates with my systemwide gmail accounts and allows people to quickly enter new infromation.
What do you dislike?
There are a lot of elements that should seemingly be included but are not. When entering a note or comment on a particular contact AND I call out a team member, it doesn't create a dialogue- I need to still call them out each and every time I respond or leave a comment. that shouldn't be.
Similar to the above, there are numerous similar dislikes.

It's made it easier to communicate internally and see what progress is being made with clients and potential clients.
