What you like the most about NUACOM?
the ease of use and the simplicity of how it works
What do you like best?
The backend setup with the cloud software was great for reporting.
What do you dislike?
1. Myself and the team did not get setup correct from the start, and had therefore multiple technical issues, from smart call number dialing not working down to calls not being connected. Even after installing the extensions and software.
2. Bad Customer Service, their response time and response in itself was not good and the technical support took via email and even after calling them almost 3 weeks to fix one issue.
3. Promises that i had to fight to be kept and little accommodating with invoice. At least 3 users where unable to use the software for 3 weeks out of one month, yet the Management felt it was right to charge the full amount for the month.
I was promised after i spoke with the Sales Person, that if i am not happy at the end of october that i be able to cancel immediately. Yet the Manager wanted to insist on the cancellation policy, after i argued with him, he made an exception, which is why i dont give this one but 2 star review.

NUACOM is extremely user friendly and i am enjoying it

It can be slow sometimes because I have a lot of tabs opened.

Complex backend. Requires some orientation before using in full swing.

What are the best aspects of this product?
A very comprehensive set of features. Everyone will find they need.
I like call recording and integrations it offers with various other business tools.
Support is very good as well.

There isn't much that I would add really.
