What do you like best?
Easy to set up. Fast. The process could be as fast as 10 minutes. We took a bit longer as I had a lot of questions to work through with chat.
What do you dislike?
Pre sales chat experience was sub par. Several different chats opened up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot! Overall we were satisfied with the product and continue to use it. The experience was great overall. The notaries we've used were friendly and fast. They were also responsive to our questions on the web chat.

What do you like best?
I love that they have their own app that makes it easy for the signer and they don't necessarily have to be at a laptop/PC, but can use their phone to follow through with the notary. Also a detailed history of the transaction is provided along with the video.
What do you dislike?
Nothing comes to mind....last i knew, they were only available for iphone so maybe expand to android if they havent already.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend! Very easy to use and understand, both from an originator standpoint and from a signer standpoint. Lots of detail provided with the transaction.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Notarize is very helpful in cases of suspected fraud. With their identity verification tools and the video of the signer/notary being provided, it helps us know we're entering into contract with the right person.
