It sends review requests at times that makes most sense for the customer.
What do you dislike?
Only had the Google, Facebook and it’s own reviews.

If you have lots of times on your hands I would manually send review request. Otherwise well worth the money.

Getting reviews. It send customers an extra nudge.

Review collection is amazing! It can seem a little persistent to some consumers, but you can remove them from the campaign.
What do you dislike?
Convert websites are not the best. I feel like they dropped the ball on this. I hope they use their resources to make it better!

Review generation with NiceJob has significantly increased the number of our customers who leave reviews.
What do you like best?
Easy to Use. I set things up within about 30 minutes and had my first review the same afternoon. I had reached out to customers many times requesting reviews without success but since starting with NiceJob I have added over a dozen reviews in just 3 weeks. I believe these will help when stores are considering carrying my brand in their retail locations.
What do you dislike?
I think the price is high. The basic package is not too bad but doesn't include the ability to customize your requests and adapt the look to work with your brand. I think the format is fairly simple for the price they are charging and I would be much happier if they could get the monthly price down. As an entrepreneur with a small team, I don't have a lot of excess budget to work with and this takes up more than I want it to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really like this program. The folks who work there are wonderful and I was pleased with the results. The only downside was the cost...I feel like it is a bit hefty for what you get. The program is pretty basic but does the trick. I received about 10 new reviews from my customers during the free trial alone.

I was trying to build my Google reviews and this program was very successful in doing that. I have gotten over a dozens new reviews and am continuing to get them regularly.
What do you like best?
Sending the link to our customers was easy and due to how easy it can be for users to do the review. We get quite a few responses. NiceJob's platform really helps with this.
What do you dislike?
I feel they could be more creative in generating more interactive/engaging review templates for users
