What do you like best?
One stop for all bills with API integration to Intacct
What do you dislike?
Inability to handle multi-entity/multi-currency out of the box
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that the product meets all of your needs out of the box - it works well for the most part but GL transfers have been sticky and error logs are not great. Support mediocre.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Getting audit-ready and keeping one source of truth for all vendor bills hitting our GL. Allowing approvers to review befor accounting transfers to GL/processes payment
What do you like best?
Increased efficiency (we were able to downsize the Accounts Payable department by 50%)
-Less late fees due to bills being paid quicker. Time saving, less paper trail.
What do you dislike?
The void button should only be available if the invoice has not been processed. Too many invoices get paid but were voided out of Nexus.

Workflow process, ease of use, customer service help, streamlining of AP process, integration process
What do you like best?
I like that the invoice review process is easy, it is also very simply to figure out the proper line items for each invoice.
What do you dislike?
I still find the invoice submittal process could be improved. If a vendor does not submit it themselves I still have to write the correct numbers at the stop and scan it with the cover page. I wish there was a digital way to submit invoices that vendors do not submit.

Solving the issue of losing past invoices. It is easy to search for them and provides all the information you need on the statuses of those invoices.

Nexus is great for submitting and paying invoices for apartment communities

It can be intimidating at first before you have a clear understanding of the system

Easy to track that status of an invoice and status of check cutting
