What do you like best?
The final website looks nice.the colors were good the pictures showed up nicely. The layout was nice. they use the rigth colors and text and offered different user options and sign up.
What do you dislike?
the backend functionality is terrible. Not able to adjust features on the site.I could not adjust the logo. I was struggling to setup users and take payments.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am able to book spaces and rooms.
"jack of all trades master of none" comes to mind when using this software for some time, very comprehensive software, with many functionalities, but without being fully implemented and without the necessary documentation that should be in place to make the user's life easier.
But worst of all is Nexudus' inability to keep track of payments, large percentage of payments are declined due to 3D Secure every month, which has never happened to the same extent as now, with previous software providers, Nexudus just shrugs and says it is the bank's fault, even though I have an email from Stripe telling me there is a problem with the integration.
In addition, many payments are made, but still has status as unpaid in Nexudus, so customers continue to receive reminders, even if their invoice has been paid.
Nexudus has cost me up to several customers, due to their inability to manage payments.

It's an all-in-one coworking space management solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The documentation is very poor and lots of features are built in an inter-connected way so if you change one thing you cannot change another thing. E.g. You cannot delete a user until all accesses are revoked, all outstanding invoices are paid, all contracts are cancelled AND all bookings are cancelled.
Lots of reports have errors and contract signing is not as smooth as it was, and it has been a month since the new UI was deployed but the documentation is still old.
Support sometimes takes more than two days to respond which is unacceptable for someone trying to do a fresh deployment.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Better documentation and faster support.

What do you like best?
Nexudus is a diverse program offering everything from membership logging to space booking and back again. It is an all in one hub for co-working spaces.
What do you dislike?
Nexudus is not user-friendly at all. It is overcomplicated and training takes a long time with constant referral to FAQs in order to get anything done.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Member invoicing, room booking, member contracts. The benefit is that you can do everything paperless in a digital environment even with the constant turn-over and movement that comes with a co-working space.
