Their pricing would be okay, if they delivered on the quality of the service.

Not getting what they promised. Use them ONLY if you want a complete nightmare, do-it-yourself, wait and see experience, or if you just have nothing better to do than try to hack NEXTIVA'a system to get it to work over and over!

I was trying to save money on my Ringcentral service, which admittedly is complicated, and expensive. I was promised almost as much in service for less money... not so much less so that I would have thought that there more being promised than can be expected. However, after taking my money to set up the account, entering all of my information, pins, numbers etc., nothing was ever completed. Customer support was terrible no LOA, not anyone who could assist in customer support! How is this possible? Plenty of follow-up calls and e-mails to let me know that they couldn't do anything, not even cancel my service, so I had to waste time contacting my credit card company!
I understand that this may be a unique experience, just for me to learn a lesson in patience. Is that what you are looking for?

It works on windows 10. That's about it.

Not user friendly, not feature rich for desktop at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't pay attention to the the sales pitch. Most of that stuff doesn't work on the desktop. You can't even save a contact with a company name. How weird is that?

To say that we are frustrated and disappointed with Netiva customer support and service is an understatement. Not only do I wait for hours to speak with someone, but when I eventually get a representative, they are less than helpful. When we signed up for this service we were promised the support team in Arizona, however, this turned out to be a false promise. I have to explain my issues to the representative 3 or 4 times before they understand what I am asking for. The infuriating aspect is my questions are never complicated and will often require a simple answer. We are a small business and used RingCentral before switching to Nextiva and the support we receive makes us regret this decision. One of the reasons we switched to Nextiva was because of the great reviews of the support staff, but we have experienced nothing but incompetent and delayed support. This past week we had multiple issues that were not getting solved so we requested to speak with a manager or someone in the corporate office. The representative continued to try and solve my problem even though I requested a higher authority 3 times. After being transferred to someone in sales and continuing to ask for someone higher up, we were given the runaround with no help. We were told to contact the Escalation team whom they have no phone number nor email for. At the end of the day, it is upsetting that we were promised services that never came true. Seems as though the sales representative was just looking to get new customers and would say anything to do so. We are seriously reconsidering our decision to use Nextiva services and devices.
BEWARE! I have been a Nextiva customer for several years now. I have 8 phone numbers for our offices in New York and Sri Lanka. There was a single billing error and they cancelled our account after 30 days without so much as a phone call to let us know. Now we have lost our phone numbers, causing massive confusion amongst our customers, it has affected our google ranking, and at this point has cost us thousands of dollars. Considering a law suit.Do your research, there are many other options with better customer service
