What do you like best?
Their interface and dashboard is quite easy to use.
What do you dislike?
They have a very high bounce rate, which is much more than they claim. Out of the 35000 emails is I have got validated through them, only 45% was valid email if. Even after that, 15% was the bounce rate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Never use their services.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is a waste of money. Its is better to use other services.

We installed the service on our landing page via their API.
What do you dislike?
NeverBounce has failed to update its system to accommodate for @Hey.com domains. This has meant that we've had to disable the service and stop using it.

Don't sign up for it until they fix their @hey.com issue
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's helpful for preventing people from entering fake emails.
What do you like best?
Ease of use during setup and the interface is beautiful. Currently we're still beta testing it before we sign up for a paid plan.
What do you dislike?
Even though I like the ease of use, I think that they could definitely make the onboarding process a bit more streamlined in terms of list import and transparency in pricing.

We use Neverbounce to verify the emails in our lists and make sure that we get less bounced emails when we send out campaigns.
What do you like best?
Neverbounce is useful in letting me know what email addresses are likely to bounce. It lets me know specifically which are valid, invalid, catchall, disposable, unknown, duplicate, or bad syntax. So far, it's been pretty good at determining which are invalid, based on bounce rates when I actually reach out to the group of people.
What do you dislike?
I don't always understand why certain email addresses show up as 'Unknown'. It'd be helpful to know if I should resubmit these email addresses to have them checked again.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's been helpful to decrease bounce rates so that we keep up our deliverability and do not have a lot of emails bouncing.
What do you like best?
I liked its user interface. It’s very simple to operate. And this application provides many app-integrations to source email list a for validation and cleaning. This feature makes users work very easy.
What do you dislike?
I missed internationally accepted payments methods in this application. They should include all widely acceptable payment methods. And they should correct their pricing also. It seems expensive.

I would fairly recommend this application because of accuracy in its results. It will definitely help to make email list stronger.

It helps me to clean my database which is very much required to save money on email marketing and to increase quality responses from email campaigns.
