It would be a more powerful tool if it offered an in-house payment facility, or has a partner for this.

NCR has extraordinary inventory and email marketing features. Plus, because NCR is installed in a tablet, it eliminates the need to have space-consuming gadgets in the store.

NCR is a multi-pronged business solution that enhances the management of employment, inventory, sales and customer relationships. I like that there are certain features you can tag as your faves so you can be on top of your dashboard and access them easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A lower priced payment plan would be great. Learning the user interface also took us quite a while.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

NCR Silver operates with style as we can access all our business needs through the sleek iPad. Our enormous POS machines have been posted for sale ever since.

NCR Silver offers a full range of POS functions that ensure every transaction is smoothly processed. Another benefit that draws us to silver is its easy-to-use interface. Everyone swiftly got up and running with NCR Silver.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If anything, it would be its narrow space for HTML customization, which would be great to modify certain POS features like buttons, among others.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our ultimate favorite is NCR Silver's user-friendly and highly accessible dashboard which carries a full-range of POS-relevant functions: reporting, receiving mobile orders, and automatic sending of customers' receipts via email.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We love that it is really designed for tablet use since much of the work we do we really execute through mobile devices. Because NCR Silver is a fully automated cash register, it is great for small sized-enterprises that don't want to get burdened by cashier work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find everything in the app useful but would be perfect if this is also offered on Android.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

NCR Silver does all the sale work that consumes too much of our time and energy: take orders, monitor inventory, process sale and send digital receipts.

With NCR Silver, managing a business has never been easier. It accommodates all your items to be put in a single data inventory, streamlines the processing of a sale, and helps you keep in touch with your customers. Setting up NCR Silver also took just a few hours.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Everything about the platform spells user-friendly except pulling out information on an item. It's lacking in filtering tools practicable and common for our industry.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Besides the above-mentioned features that made us have a soft spot for NCR Silver, we rely on the platform for tax computations.
