WRITE A REVIEWMyob software is fine. But the issue is with the management. Their agents have lied to me, telling me my version cannot be used and have to be upgraded. But in the end, its just that they cannot be autoverified, but can still be manually verified. Which is another weird thing where their software has to be ‘verified’ monthly to prevent people using it without paying for it. I dont see accpac doing that. Now i receive a email telling me its no longer supported and to buy new version... this company just acts like a scamming company. They have now tried twice to scam me into buying new version, making me think my version cannot be used anymore. If you dont want to be harressed, DON’T BUY MYOB!!! I regret switching from accpac, which is a fantastic software. If you pay for a software, you should be able to use it until your computer can’t run it anymore, like accpac.
After being swapped over by MYOB to their new interface, I found that some invoices weren't connecting to the right business and worst of all that ALL my quotes had the incorrect (less) amounts to what was originally quoted. This was due to the quantity was not being carried over from the old system. Help desk wait times appallingDespite promises that this would improve it is getting worse. Currently been waiting 1hour 13 minutes audio message tells be by estimated wait time another 40 minutes. Myob has no respect for the customers time
An absolute joke!Since MYOBs automatic update I have experienced multiple problems using MYOB Essentials. For the past month I have called MYOB at least 20 times. 15 of which, I have waited more than 45 mins on hold only to be disconnected.I run a business and do not have time to waste waiting on the phone for nothing!Amanda is absolutely useless and has no empathy whatsoever. The calls service process is ridiculous and beyond slow. The only commendable assistance I've received is from Jordan in the Bank feeds department.Would NEVER recommend anyone to sign up with MYOB. The customer service has become horrendous and the system since the update is certainly NOT favourable.
Helpful, yet there has still been no outcome implemented by MYOB to bulk hide bankfeeds in AR - this has been on the cards since 2017 and still no action. - regardless chat team service was very helpful
