Just purchased My emailverifier Purchased 100k credits , received invoice . acknowledged thru email used in paypal .but my portal only says 100 creditsHave sent them emails regarding this , they dont answer the phone number listed on their website .waiting !!!!!!!!

It is promised: "Request our support team for additional trial credits in case you need some more time to evaluate our email validator service. On receipt of your request, we will provide you with 500 free email credits." I asked for an additional 500 credits - they quickly replied to me, "Sure, we will add 500 credits to your account.", But they didn't show up in my account for more than an hour.They say in chat: "We usually respond within 45 minutes" - most probably this is an unusual day Today -:) They can not answer within 7 hours. And what if their service is exactly the same as their promises?But the story does not end there. The next day I received an email with the following text: "The review you posted is just one sided and it's not acceptable because it takes upto 24 hours to reach such a point.We already told you that we would add free credits but you were impatient and went for review which is not good. Currently you have negative credits which will become positive once you change your review.We will add 5k credits once you correct your review. "The last sentence about 5K is a reference to a promise posted on their site: "5K Free Credits For Email Verification!Share your experience (Good or Bad) by writing a review about “MyEmailVerifier” at G2Crowd, Trustpilot, or Capetra. Once you give a review in G2crowd, Trustpilot, and Capterra you will get 5K free email credits. (Your review should be approved by respected sites *) "Seriously? So if, however, a review is not flattering, additional credits are granted but cannot be used until the review is corrected as positive? Blackmail?I really don't know the quality of their email testing service because I didn't have a chance to test it. But how can you trust someone who promises one thing and does something completely different?Finally, I tested my email address, whichI am using for years at MyEmailVerifier’s Real-Time Email Verification DemoResponse: invalidThe email is invalid, no entry if you use the APIResponse Time is 2.641 SecFurther comments here are probably superfluous.

Did not work well for me. Website had a lot of bugs (credits disappearing etc) and the cleaned list had a high bounce rate. The good reviews here are a result of reviewers receiving an incentive and cannot be trusted.
