What do you like best?
Myclass Campus contain all Modules which can be used by any staff, students & Parents. It Contains, Student Management, parent management, Fees management, Attendance management and many more which can help any institute to run their operations smoothly. A nice interface helps the user to understand the reports and make decisive. Thanks MyClass for their supportive in nature during installation. As and when we face any trouble, their support team responded quickly. Follow ups are good and try to resolve the issues in deadline. Every month, update is available in the modules which are very helpful for the user. if need customization, just had to discuss with the technical staff and they will plan for implement it considering the usage and its acceptance throughout their network.
What do you dislike?
As ERP is cloud based, slightly trouble in speed due to network issues. Hope they will come with Offline Version too.

If you are managing students (any number) , this ERP is best for you.

All modules available in a decent interface. Easy to Use and Various management reports generate.
What do you like best?
the Single window modules for every operations of day to day working are available at one place. A single person can manage multiple modules at same time. This ERP contains all the modules/ system required to easily operate the school. Our staff likes the interface and working of the software. It doesn't required any special training. The support staff of ERP will guide through the any-desk screen and communicate easily the usage of modules specific as per the requirements.
What do you dislike?
Works only with Internet. Sometimes network issue is there which impact the working. The reports many times download in excel and after working, all excel files need to remove for safety of data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you running a school or chain of schools with startup, with minimum manpower you can use myclasscampus erp. It has vast of modules which completely covers the day to day working of the school. easy to install and ready to use within a week time subjected to all classroom, staff, students detail provided in simple excel format. bulk data adding is also a great feature which reduces data entry. Mobile version is also helpful in getting data required, as and when needed.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Student Management, Fees management, Fee Due management, Attendance Management, Test & paper, General Reporting are the key features which are required to solve by every school. We currently have 300+ students in our school and more than 500 students in our franchise. We at our head office manage all the students, staff effectively. Parents also very happy with the interaction done by SMS/ app and we are in regular touch with the parents for the performance of their wards. Report card generation in few clicks is the most important aspect of this ERP.
What do you like best?
Love the app based features and it has got all the required functionality to cater from play school to higher education. Good customer service, always available round the hour via whatsapp also. Best part is Teacher and Student/Parent communication.
What do you dislike?
We didn't buy the financial component, it was not included in the basic package. May be they can include some basic payroll stuff in basic package so we can generate pay slip through the software.
