After 2 years of using my PT Hub, we are canceling. It's extremely slow and often freezes. I stayed with the company thinking they would get better with time, and it's actually been very bad. Additionally, customer service has been terrible.

App itself is slow and lacks many features. It may be cheaper than others in its field, but you do truly get what you pay for. Auto renewal without any reminder email, just money removed from bank account with no prior warning. No option within payment settings either to turn off any automatic renewal. Terrible customer service. Would advice against contacting.

Terrible service, avoid!Charged my card for a product I have zero recollection of subscribing to (I'm fairly certain I never signed up), then refused to refund or even let me have the login details for the account they charged my card for!Instead they told me to report it to the police!Must have emailed them 4 or 5 times trying to clarify and resolve the situation. No customer service number. Avoid this company. They dont care about you.

Wow - ok where do I start!First of all, I just want to add that all these #1 personal trainer app reviews are clearly paid for and simply absurd! The app, as the creator has admitted, was clearly created in his grandma’s lounge. It’s just terrible. I own a PT and group exercise studio - all I ever wanted was a simple booking system that I could integrate onto my website. So I paid £240 for pt hubs pro version and I wish I never did. When I uploaded the app into my website, it became apparent that the developers never thought about actually Checking the layout because it’s absolutely tiny, you can’t see anything on the calendar. It’s also extremely slow! When looking at a monthly view, everything is condensed and you can’t see the slots properly. As for the app - my god where do I start; PT hub claim to have this all singing all dancing app; it’s literally bland, overly complex and half of the buttons don’t work. You spend can ages getting in touch with them and all they do is send a stupid link to you, asking for you to book a 30 minute appointment. THERE ARE NO NUMBERS TO CALL!! If you purchase this stupid software, you’re by yourself and they do NO REFUNDS!!In the app, it’s so hard for clients to find the classes and book onto them, it takes so long to load and it’s really not worth the hassle. You get what you pay for and this app is an absolute scam, don’t go anywhere near it!! All these reviews you see are simply compagnies paid to write nice reviews - This so called fitness genius and creator of PT hub “phill Carr” hasn’t got a clue! He’s clearly never run a gym, personal training business or fitness class studio because the app is just impossible to use for some of the simplest tasks such as booking a god damn class!!! The layout of the app and website interface is slow, badly designed and half the buttons don’t work. If a personal trainer sais this app is any good, then god help his/her clients because that trainer is clearly ripping their clients off and not delivering quality services but a crappy PT app service.

SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTSSoftware doesn’t work, full of bugs, clients can’t even sign up to your service with it.If you report an issue it takes weeks to resolve! All the while you are not reimbursed for not being able to access the service you w paid £240+ for.To add insult to injury, a year after washing my hands of them and the app I received another £100+ charge on my account which they REFUSE to refund.SCAM ARTISTS, DO NOT USE.
