What do you like best?
I love that it is cloud based with an app that allows employees to easily track their time by creating reports and invoices.it cert
What do you dislike?
The downside is that there not enough project management tools available.

I fit is for your company make sure it has all the tools you need.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Some other apps are cumbersome while this one is user friendly cutting time I need to spend invoices.
What do you like best?
Nothing with the new format. Hard to sue and figure out. Like time logs , billable amounts and transcripts box for comments.
What do you dislike?
The change is very difficult to navigate. Difficult to make changes and edits in the comments box for daily tasks. The old format for free subscribers was much better. I have used My Hours for years and was great. Now I fear I may have to seek an alternative service for basic time management and clients tasks and transcripts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The new July 2020 website format for users is very difficult to navigate. If you find My Hours difficult, I would search for another service. I will most likely do the same after using MyHours (free service) for more than 3 years.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Under the old, Professional time logs and transcripts made it easy for the client to understand billings. The new way or format since July 2020 is simply confusing and terribly planned out.
What do you like best?
I like that it's a mobile app and that it tracks my time and I can run a report. I've learned to keep it simple, it seems so many timekeeping apps are overly complicated.
What do you dislike?
There is always something that's glitchy. I've been using the app maybe two years and even with updates the same glitches don't get fixed and new glitches come up. There are no tutorials and that is SO IRRITATING, I have to figure out how to do what I want and I know I'm not doing it right. I should be able to produce invoices, but I can't. I'm lucky I can produce reports. It's like one of those things that you don't want to touch it or change anything because you might break things. I wish I could find something simple, reliable and that works on all platforms. It makes me wish for an old school time clock.

If you can find something else, do that. I've been tempted to revert back to an excel spreadsheet, but that's torture.

Well, I am able to keep track of my time, so it solves that. Benefits? Hmm more like tolerance. I deal with the glitches so I can use it.

This is a new app to me it looks user friendly and straight forward.

Approaching it with an open mind not sure completely how everything works.

What do you like best?
The My Hours app allows me to track and notate my billing hours on an easy to use app. I especially appreciate the ability to export my data and customize my billing.
What do you dislike?
I do wish I could customize the view - currently, it shows days and there are times I'd like to be able to see a weekly view at a quick glance

The My Hours app allows me to quickly input my billing hours and also make notes as to the times inputted. It makes it easier for me to reconcile my time weekly.
