The web site maybe. That is what roped me in but its very misleading.

Pretty much everything across the board has a lot of moving parts.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Less moving parts in the sense of having to depend on them. The process was so confusing with no protocols listed so it made it more confusing. The pricing is confusing compared to what you see in the admin system. You have no clue what you get or not get for that monthly fee.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We had to switch companies after jumping through so many hoops to get nowhere basically. The waste of time, energy, effort and money is what irks me the most.

I'm a professional web developer and I was hired by a client to create a Muvi account for them. The whole platform is so bad it's nearly unusable. I recommend to avoid it at all costs.I was working from a built-in template. I thought it would be easy to make some changes. Aesthetic CSS changes are easy enough to make as they give you access to the template files.The template is completely inflexible - your website will NOT look how you want it. If visuals are not important to you, then by all means use Muvi. If you are looking for a professional looking website, then avoid avoid avoid.Muvi comes with a "Visual Editor", which I think is supposed to be similar to Wix, Webflow etc.. It is not. It does not work, not one bit. You can not edit anything with it.Customer serviceWhen you choose to engage with the constant live chat popups, you are greeted with people with fake names and stock images. They provide no help whatsoever other than linking to support articles. They always direct you to submit a ticket, which from experience they can take days to come back to you from.I had a serious issue - my film costs were not showing. Pretty crucial to the running of the site. I was told to submit a ticket, which like I said, can take days to get resolved - leaving this client another few days without the site up and live.Your site will be littered with warnings and bits of text that make no sense, and you can't change.I was really disappointed in this product, 100%. Considering prices START at $400/month, Muvi really need to up their game.AVOID

If you are an American company do not use this platform. The communication/language barrier is a huge issue on top of them having potentially the most poorly build product I have ever seen or worked with. It is almost unusable and definitely unusable for a company with a large customer base.In our situation, we were trying to migrate from another platform to Muvi (they were the only ones offering a tiered content option at the time) and to say it was a difficult process would be an understatement. We could not communicate anything technical and this resulted in major miscommunications. They sent our launch emails and access to our platform to the wrong list of over 1,000 users, absolutely horrific scenario. Nobody read the emails I sent, when there were 4+ Muvi employees on every email chain. It generally took well over 48 hours at least, sometimes over a week to hear back regarding urgent matters because they also work on India time. The platform as a whole is really, really poorly build and you will experience that first hand when you start to build off their templates and it looks like someone's first css project. The front end looks like the templates were thrown together on html/css in a good 15min. You will also likely not be able to make easy modifications to their html/css files. You are required to put in support tickets regarding any issues and they often take days to resolve, often issues related to the poorly written code, nothing you can fix. What takes the cake is that we did not go through with the migration after one too many major communication errors and other issues. They will not give us our $4,000 back that we paid for the migration. Most other platforms offer free migrations. Can't get anyone to write me back, nothing. I hope this saves something the time, effort, energy and funds that we lost while trying to work with them and I hope they do better by their customers.
