What do you like best?
Amazing features that allow you to customize and personalize emails based on location, weather, time of day, etc. Can personalize with names or any other field. Countdown timers are great for promoting a sense of urgency.
What do you dislike?
A bit of a learning curve in adding the features to our email creative elements. Also, price became an issue for us - we eventually stopped using it due to price.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We realized improved email open and click rates. Unfortunately, that did not translate to enough of an increase to justify the expense of the software.
What do you like best?
There are so many options for personalizing your emails, and the results really do show!
What do you dislike?
Their account management and support was poor. It was hard to get in touch with someone to help me out with something I needed.

Have a good idea of how you want to use their products. They will show you a full suite of options, but you need to narrow it down and be purposeful in what you choose.

Email personalization, content
What do you like best?
Devoting more time to the design of your email rather than the coding aspect. It could not be easier than creating your email in Photoshop and Illustrator and uploading the file or image file to the platform. Once uploaded, just splice it up how you would like it, insert alt tags and URLs and you're done.
What do you dislike?
While most of the platform is user-intuitive, some are not and finding answers can be cumbersome with their help guide. The customer service is meh. Not the worst, not the best.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It makes it easier to focus on your content and design rather than spending time coding together an email. The only coding you're doing is copying and pasting the final HTML file to your ESP.

Platform is very user friendly makes coding a breeze

Sometimes emails will have random lines in the creative
