What do you like best?

What do you like best?
I like that the product has delivered way more than I thought it would. I used another tool built by the same people (Happy Apps) so I thought it would just be a good enterprise solution for monitoring and logging my apps and clouds. I was pleasantly surprised to see that not only that it had a slick UI, it did way more. We can provision pretty much instantly, managing access and user rights is super simple and apparently, it solves cloud lock problems we're having. We haven't gotten into that too much yet though.
What do you dislike?
It took a little bit longer to set up than sales told me but it was still WAY faster than what I was expecting. It took about 3.5 hours to get completely up and running.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Show it to a broad group of people in your org so you can get more use out of the product.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We get automatic monitoring and logging and that's what I was most interested in. I also use it a lot to manage compliance issues. Shadow IT problems are becoming less of a pain too.
What do you like best?
Morpheus is built by people like me. I don't want to be upsold on a bunch of products from VMware and Microsoft. Morpheus is built for end users. It has everything we were looking for (CMP, Orchestration, tons of integrations, rapid deployments) and it works.
What do you dislike?
In the future we'd like to white label Morpheus and use it for some of our clients. I'm hoping Morpheus will build out some kind of additional dashboard that will let us manage usage for our clients, instead of just our one instance. I've been told it's in the works, but we'll see.

Speeding up deployment was our #1 ask from the CTO. Now we're blowing people away with how quickly we can provision.

The integration of the platforms was an arduous process since we have various platforms and there are many related processes that are carried out from digital platforms, Morpheus has allowed us to optimize response times to requests and reduce costs by considerably reducing intermediaries and the redundant procedures, the benefits we have obtained have been clearly noticeable, in addition to improving the experience of our users, the number of daily requests has been increased, as well as the automation of many processes.
What do you dislike?
Morpheus is a very complete platform, but it is highly complex, so an adaptation process is necessary, so the learning curve can be a bit long if you do not have the basic knowledge for its operation, the creation of an infrastructure turns out to be a complex process and takes its time, so it would be ideal to simplify it and make it more fluid.

Many of our departments had delays in response times, due to the high degree of requests received daily and the little staff willing to attend to them, the information traveled through a large number of hands, which delayed the process, in addition to making it more expensive, with Morpheus We managed to automate many of those processes and unify cloud platforms, managing to improve response times
What do you like best?
Morpheus is not only the best cloud management platform that we've tried, it also does app lifecycle management, cloud migration and self-service right out of the box. Their team was incredibly friendly and the entire deployment process took less than a day.
When we had some feature requests, they immediately started adding new features to the platform and they were available with the very next release. I can't say enough about Morpheus. And they don't try and nickel and dime you with other add-ons. Because Morpheus is truly agnostic and not a massive software company with other products, they don't try and push us to use more than we need.
What do you dislike?
Not sure if this is a complaint or not, but I'd love the ability to see my infrastructure with some kind of drag-and-drop interface.

Write down every need / question you could possibly have, and then set up a demo and prepare to be impressed.
