Helped my dad with his account and was immediately put off. It was slow and unintuitive to use. The tagging system was appalling and difficult to edit/delete/cancel during generating custom tags. Ugh. Left feeling very frustrated as a result even though I’d gone in with high expectations.

Looked and worked great until I realised I needed to delete some custom tags , spent ages and ages trying to do this , looks like you can’t , wasted a number of hours on this app.

Wasted so much time trying to add accounts both through the app and through the website. Only one managed to register, and the rest of the time the app reported server issues, and the website simply hung. Guaranteed to have you pulling your hair out. I'm going back to Excel.

Absolute rubbish. I tried to enter my Bank details about 5 times over a week. Each time it said it was contacting the bank but after an hour I gave up. I notice a number of people have had the same problem

Signed up, went to connect my bank (Natwest), just keep getting 'The page you are trying to access is no longer available.'.When wanting to use a service that's connected to my bank, trust is everything, and so getting errors when initially setting up is very concerning; won't be using any further.
