Pricing. Extremely cheap options........
What do you dislike?
Assigned account rep was extremely hard to get ahold of. Logged more than 15 hours trying to work with customer service (days of back and forth for simple solutions) that was solved by MobileCause in 25 mins.

The user interface is clunky at best and there are some capabilities limitations.

i'm pretty solid on tech intuitiveness, but I blasted a keyword that wasn't available to me bc the system didn't kick it out automatically.

Not being able to save a draft of a text. And not being able to edit a scheduled text before it goes out.

Take advantage of the chat feature to be sure you are getting the most out of the system. Some of the features are not intuitive, so you'll need the help.

We have increased our text customer base by around 20% since switching to them. We have a reasonably priced way to reach many of our customers.
