What do you like best?
It is a complete solution that solves my problems. I like having the monthly calls too. That is the only way I am forced to do things and make it better.
What do you dislike?
Generic and boilerplate materials that look spammy sometimes. Would like to see Plain Text emails sent out that have links to drive traffic to blog posts and landing pages instead of HTML emails.

What do you like best?
The platform helped us keeping these partners engaged, our salespeople productive and also to ensure that our marketing was able to use the marketing automation features to keep our lead pipeline active. The product supports mobile marketing and messaging. The solution includes features for website optimization to enhance lead and sale conversion.
What do you dislike?
I wish it had a 2-way feed into our CRM. On the backend of the platform, setting everything up for users to use the platform is much more difficult. Navigation is confusing, not intuitive. There is also an unusually high amount of undelivered mail, and a very high SPAM occurrence. Mindmatrix does not support user driven customization of the product.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There is marketing support and consulting services provided to customers by Mindmatrix to leverage the power of the product so that customers can realize faster Return on Investment (ROI).
What do you like best?
There's a LOT of content if you pay for the content pack. It's well worth it for a shot in the arm right out of the gate. Also, the concierge service for onboarding and monthly meetings is really what brings it the most value. You will be forced to use the system, and use it correctly, which is good. Get the premium service so you can get the most out of the system and work the process. The system can also easily add multiple additional fields which is great for customization.
What do you dislike?
The learning curve to the interface is steep, but you do get someone to onboard with you to lessen the blow. We've had issues with emailing Google Apps / G Suite users at times as well, which takes wind out of the efficiency. I wish at times that we could email from our own domain. We don't spam or send a lot of mail, so this feature would improve communication for us greatly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dedicate once per week to learn the software and do the onboarding during the first 6 weeks. Don't have too many other processes/systems you're working with during the initial 6 weeks as well. Focus and a fast implementation is key to faster success.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Social Posting, Email Marketing, and following up on Sales Processes is core to how the system operates. We have yet to reach a direct financial benefit, but the quality of our marketing materials and process have greatly improved, and we're seeing indirect benefit there with other avenues we have going on.
What do you like best?
We've been using Mindmatrix for over three years and it's the best marketing automation platform I've used. The pre-defined templates and content make it very easy to create engaging and topical marketing material. The monthly concierge calls with Rachel are also very useful and help ensure everything is kept on track and a great vehicle to discuss new ideas.
What do you dislike?
The fact that Mindmatrix doesn't currently have true response email capability is frustrating and one of the main areas where they lack the functionality of the competition. Also the pre-populated content needs adapting for the UK market, which is a time consuming task, but worth the effort.

It is a great tool, but consideration and work is needed to tailor content to your market for you to get the best results.

The main benefit we've realised is consistent and regular communication with our prospects and clients. The drip capability ensures that you stay in regular contact to nurture prospects and the templates are easily adaptable so new content can be added when a current news story needs to be communicated. The key to our growth has definitely been attributed to doing the simple things well and being consistent is one of these.
What do you like best?
I like that it's relatively easy to use once you familiarize yourself with all the features. We also have a great consultant (Megan Cramer) who is able to answer any questions we have and offers helpful guidance on where our marketing efforts should focus.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes editing images that I've uploaded isn't the easiest thing to do.

Let their consultants help you. This is their area of expertise. Also, don't be afraid of using their support staff to sort out issues as soon as they arise.

We're trying to reach as many prospects with helpful IT related information that will drive them to us to learn more and to be a feeder of our sales pipeline. A little over a year after implementation, we're seeing a solid click-thru rate on email drip campaigns and continued engagement via LinkedIn.
