What do you like best?
Microsoft whiteboard could be something great.
What do you dislike?
There’s almost no documentation on how to use it, and it somehow took no notes from OneNote which has smoother drawing capabilities.its also really buggy and has a weird AutoSave.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Microsoft whiteboard could be an easy canvas for collaboration, but it’s not there yet.
What do you like best?
My favorite feature is the ability to collaborate with others. You can add someone to your whiteboard to view and/or edit along with you. Additionally, I am a fan of the customization. As someone who is particular about their handwriting and formatting, I appreciate the ruler and other tools.
What do you dislike?
The inability to organize my whiteboards has been the most apparent dislike of mine. Although they are listed in chronological order, it would be helpful if whiteboards could be organized in folders or other groupings for easy access if the creation date is not fresh in your mind.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Whiteboard is especially wonderful for users with a touchscreen device - Microsoft Surface, iPad, etc.

Collaboration is a big one. The department I lead often collaborates with communications and design - Whiteboard allows content to come to life in the form of a magazine or e-newsletter... with ease!!
What do you like best?
What I like best about Microsoft whiteboard is that you can take down any notes you want without having to lose them. It’s easy to use and you don’t have to worry about losing any notes. Microsoft whiteboard is helpful during work meetings because I could type down any important ideas I have.
What do you dislike?
What I dislike about Microsoft whiteboard is that it’s more for typing down notes rather than writing essays. I dislike that there aren’t many tools to use on Microsoft whiteboard.

Microsoft whiteboard comes in handy when using during work meeting because it easy to type down any important notes you think you need. I have been able to get work done easier with Microsoft whiteboard
What do you like best?
Very nice to have a digital whiteboard for your team to work on together. Keeps your whiteboard for as long as you need it for future use.
What do you dislike?
Can be hard to use when utilizing the mobile version of the app on a small screen but nice to have the ability to view on the go.

I would recommend Microsoft Whiteboard if you are looking for more collaboration tools.

Love how easy it is to use and add different mediums to one area. Allows full creativity and for those ideas to be easily seen and worked on by different members at the same time no matter where they are.

Sometimes it crashes and there is no help line or description for working your way around the app. It’s something you have to figure out as you go,

Make sure to save projects as you go frequently so that if it crash’s everything isn’t lost.

It’s great for brainstorming on the go and allowing ideas to flow freely without worrying about how to make it all come to life in one page because so many different tools are assessable.
