What are the best aspects of this product?
Works with Quickbooks... that is the only reason we purchased it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Did not end up working with our particular needs. The biggest problem is that we prepaid everything up front which was over $2,000. When we decided not to use it anymore we could not get our money back. Instead of cancelling, I dropped our plan to the lowest cost in case we ever wanted to revisit the product. 18 months later, I still had $1,500 in our prepayment account but it expires on the 18th month. I know it was our fault that we didn't do our research before we paid the whole amount up front... we should have stayed on a month to month service until we completed our evaluation. But the whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth and when talking to them, I have to wonder if this is even a US based company because the whole thing doesn't even sound legal.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The product was easy to install and establish a link with QuickBooks Enterprise. I like that fact that it is web based for ease of access no matter where you are. It have a very clean look and so far appears pretty user friendly, and the be frank, the integration with QuickBooks is our number one priority.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I've had some syncing issues but my biggest problem has been accessing support. I am in my 30 day trial period and contacting Method via phone is IMPOSSIBLE, and when trying to contact via their chat, they do not respond in a timely manner. Timely to me is within a couple of hours, these guys are just TERRIBLE!!!!!!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Much better support, without it, the product is useless.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
None yet, we installed and are in our 30 day trial however do to some syncing problems, and that terrible tech support we've received so far, we have not really used the product. I looks to have real potential however without proper support, the product won't meet our needs.

Quick and easy integration with Quickbooks. All info syncs pretty seamlessly
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some settings that are not easily added are usable without a customization. This can get costly and is difficult to do on your own. There are simply settings that should already be available out of the box without needing to do this integration.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy and functional integration with QuickBooks, along with a simple and efficient display of information.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Being unable to easily link emails from our inbox to activities, opportunities or contacts is a pressing need. The G-guite / Outlook app is ok, but what we need is for this information to be more readily visible inside of Method.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
As above, the integration of emails into opportunities, etc. Have a look at Nutshell for an example of this in action.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Poor communication between QB and our CRM, leading to extra data entry and poor record access.
