Marg Merchant One

A completely crap service. I've had multiple issues with this company holding funds despite having set up high limits and notifying them we have a lot of keyed transactions. The claim they do 24 hour turn around on funds, but it's a complete lie. After the account was active and we'd began using the service, they asked for additional documentation on our business and refused to deposit funds. Despite having ALREADY MADE deposits previously.They were dishonest from the get-go and I would not recommend them at all. As a small-business owner, they have taken away time and funds from the business as we have had to constantly contact them to find out where OUR money is. Save yourself a lot of hassle and USE SOMEONE ELSE!

If I could give the negative stars ?? I would. Absolute worst credit processing company EVER right in line with First Data. Processing fees all over the map up one week down the next. I understand the fees are based on cards as well as business. It’s an absolute shame that small businesses get the shaft when it comes to fees. Example.. $78 dollars to process $700. FREAKING OUTRAGEOUS!! If you can… avoid this company like the plague. They are liars and thieves!!!

I recently terminated my contract with merchant One. It CLEARLY states right on their homepage that there are zero early cancelation fees, but they are charging me 295.00! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Are you kidding me! I am waiting for a response from Merchant One and Paysafe so I can work out a nightmare ... They have closed my account and given me a deadline of 3pm today to reverse a whole month if charges or not release funds for 180 days. . And you send me this!!!!!?!?!?Show quoted text

Merchant One definitely does not make processing easy. It's been a nightmare to try and close my account. Over a month and a half and they still are taking fees out of my bank account. Endless hours on the phone being transferred from one agent to another. Really frustrating. Seems they are only interested in getting as much money as they can from my account. I do not recommend them at all!
