Stay far away from this company.
1 - The quality of the leads is extremely poor. It is basically a very expensive crunchbase
2 - They will send you an invoice, ask you to pay by phone so they can save your card details and take money from your bank account when your contract is finished. Then they will bully you and tell you that you agreed to their T&C (Which is untrue) and that they are here to help you...
Basically, one of the best scam I have ever encountered!
Terrible service, they did nothing to understand our company and what we offer. I was hesitant to go with them but after they slashed their price for 3 months I thought I'd give it a shot. The advisor I was with said he would only sign us up for 3 months and if we were happy with the service we could go on. After the 3 months of service, they charged us without informing us. I had no intention to sign up again and I told them when I saw the charge on my credit card (the next day) They said they were in their right as I signed up for a rolling payment which I never did. I told them to listen to the call which they did, for the wrong person? I told them that wasn't me and now they have started to ignore my emails. Don't waste your time, these guys are scammers.
We've used meethugo for 3 months. Initially, the team was very responsive and as time went by we got less and less interaction. When we dropped automatic renewal, our leads got worse and worse. I wouldn't recommend meethugo to anyone, who is serious about their business. This isn't a 1 hit wonder platform as they make it to be. The quality of the leads in general is low, medium at a push - with a lot of public sector opportunities. We won't be using them again.
Another victim of their GDPR Non-compliance. Peppered with spammy emails despite formally requesting that my data be removed from their database. Utter cowboys.
Don't waste your time and money. They just want to make a sale and they care nothing about bringing value to you business.I'm very suspicious about some of the recent positive reviews. Are they paying for them?
