hese guys are complete scammer.. Horrible leads . We signed up for a 30 day trial with a specific agreement it was only 30 days not monthly and if we were satisfied we would renew.. Well we were very disappointed so we did not renew.. 3 months later they charged my card again and called it a monthly charge and refused to reverse it so i disputed it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL FRAUDSTER COMPANY. They also go by the name of MONEY TREE LEADS

Signed up and asked about cancellation, was told I had to give 30 days notice, which I did. Was still charged $1,497 even though I gave 30 day notice, all in email format. They are excellent when they are signing you up but a ghost when you cancel. Not even answering emails. Will start calling next week. Leads did not work for ME

TRUE SCAMMERS! poor leads, phoney appointments! they say they have money back guaranteed. They have 90 days money back guaranteed where they make you stay with them 90 days minimum. At the day 80, they contacted me and when they found out I was planning to cancel after 90 days, he encouraged me to cancel immediately. Then they said the money back guaranteed has a minimum 90 days and i was with them for 80 days only. They charged me $5000 and when I canceled due to their horrible lead and appointment quality, they disappeared ! they completely disappeared and ignored many calls and emails I sent them. VERY VERY BAD COMPANY TO WORK WITH! They are Thieves! SAVE YOUR SELVES MONEY AND TIME AND AVOID THEM

This company is a complete fraud! Do not let them rip you off and tell you that they have a money back guarantee it is a lie! They do not hold up their end of the bargain they give dead end leads, most of which don’t even ever answer the phone. I held up my end of the bargain and now they won’t honor the MBG! They are trying to not refund my money on a technicality because the money was coming from my debit card and not directly from my checking account they will not refund any of my money.

I subscribed for 3 months and was unhappy. There is a "guarantee," but so far the company has been unresponsive. I could handle the rest if there was *any* communication or response. Im just here, dead it the water, having spend thousands of dollars. The company appeared to do part of what they said they'd do. We received 0-3 scheduled phone calls per week. Most appointments were no shows, and out of those we were able to get a hold of, many were either confused about why we were calling, or not even close to being a buyer or seller. For example, someone looking for a low income apartment, or someone moving out of the city. At the end, we would have had better luck making cold calls to any random number in the phone book. After several months of my team calling, we immediately ruled out all but 2-3 leads. And they were soft leads.
