What are the best aspects of this product?

The multiple tools we get to use when it comes to a mobile device and computer management is what really impressed us with this solution. We especially liked that the Mac device management options are numerous. Another thing that we appreciated is the various MDM modules provided, which included location finder, path management, and also software deployment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be frank, it would be really helpful if syncing the MDM modules with the computer inventory was easier to do. As it is now, adding or editing device information like location, asset tag, owner email and owner has to be done manually.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, I've been able to do remote management on computers. This has also helped me out when it comes to asset management and mobile device management.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We were really impressed that this solution has a number of varied features. In fact, the sheer number of it can be overwhelming and we probably haven't really used it to its full potential. Our work involves a cross-platform environment, so we've been able to use this solution to manage our inventory and patches as well as to have a remote desktop.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to say that there are some modules that are rendered unreliable by bugs in the system. But to be fair, service packs are often sent out quickly so these bugs are generally resolved in a short amount of time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The problems we've been able to solve thanks to this solution include the ability to manage the desktops of mobile devices, as well as remotely manage the environment of a Linux, PC, or Mac computer. This solution has also been a great help to us when it comes to reporting and inventory.

There definitely needs to be an improvement when it comes to the search engine. As it stands now, I don't think it does an efficient job of going through work orders.

This tool has certainly helped our tech support team be more organized and methodical. It's helped us a lot with regards to work order creation and assignment. It's given me the ability to help our customers while at the same time handle technical issues that we may be encountering internally.
